Recently I opened a store with Bigcommerce and you can visit my store at ladybugpromo.mybigcommerce.com. I have to say it was the easiest platform to navigate and very user friendly. You are able to sell products as well as services. I set myself up on a free trial, and you can click the link below to get your free trial and experience the quick and easy set up process to see if it is a good fit for your product or business. I must say that it is a great platform for the beginning store owners.

Here are a few ways that you can maximize your experience with your own store, that I learned more about today.

1. Make sure your website is appealing and has easy access to find your store link or store button.
2. Make sure you track the analytics of your website to understand the demographics of people that are visiting your website. Where they are from, what they are looking at and what gender, age etc.
3. Pick the correct keywords to drive the correct type of traffic to your site. I learned this the hard way after using the incorrect keywords to identify with my target audience. I know it may seem like common sense as to which keywords you should use. However, common sense sometimes is just not that common. Especially when it involves attracting customers that will be interested in the services or products that you offer.
4.People will only purchase from your store if they know, trust and believe in your product/service. So we will work on this identity thing together. If you are anything like myself, it is challenging to step outside your comfort zone to create satisfying videos for online platforms.
5.Just get your stuff out there. You can work on the tweaks and changes as you need to, so often its easy to think that everything has to be completely perfect before you are able to get things done or even started. However, this is far from true, and if you don't express yourself in a creative manner you could be blocking your blessing in disguise whether good or bad at least you will build the courage to get things done, completed, checked off your list of things to do and move on to the next project or chapter or ideas to introduce to the marketplace.
