Black History Month!! My daughter called me,
“White Washed” !!!
#1 Where did she get these new terms?
#2 I overheard her tell someone they were “colorist”!
#3 She obviously has no clue, who I am as a person, because I am a well rounded individual. So, I must do better at showing her better than I can tell her. Granted I have never done alot of studying 📚 black history, until these past few years, because in my humble opinion and humility. I think and feel that I create/created my on “Her-Story” since “Christ Consciousness” so to speak and Before! Anyway, that’s neither here nor there and I am always down for greater knowledge and learning other’s histories and her-stories. Even if it was in the cave man ages 😂. I’m cool with being “Lucy” to unlearn and relearn in an effort to keep moving forward.
#4 My American 🇺🇸 Dream has nothing to do with my race, gender, religion, background or anything else outside of what I want to accomplish, do, have or experience personally. So “Green Power” is what’s important for our growth as a result of the economy we want to be apart of, well now it’s the “YouEconomy”! Because we as individuals are the solution.
#5 2020 was my blessing in disguise! I was entertained all quarantine! White folks pissed and sparked, learning how it feels to be overlooked, untouchable and unheard, young black folks standing up, on and offline, asians got involved, Chinese made the most money, Hispanics and Africans got citizenships, 🇮🇳 India capitalized off our content, IT goals and new softwares, other countries where happier about their problems 😆 and not ours. I realized I am only special too a few people, but, that I do matter! Dj’s made a comeback, thanks to Dnice who started the IG Live Club Quarantine for everyone feeling uneasy, anxious, vulnerable and alone, like I was. Everyone was paid to stay home, not get sick, invest their savings or unemployment checks wisely, learn new skills and create whatever their hearts desire, make their families stronger, have more babies and do better. I pretty sure I am forgetting a few things but I will edit and republish as things come to me later.
#6 I feel like I discovered that my IG and other social media accounts are a reflection of my real lifetimes and some people just do not like you or what you represent after looking at your profiles. Harsh reality! Even though all they have to do is look away or change the channel 🤔😑🥴!
#7 Lucky 🍀 number 777 I hit the “Jackpot”🤫on the low!
Until next time, I hope you all enjoy 2021 more than you did 2020 if it was not that great for you! But perspectives are everything I have come to learn and understand.
